Comments
When visitors post comments on the site, we collect the information displayed in the comment form, the visitor’s IP address, and the user-agent string (which identifies the browser) to help identify spam.
An anonymous string (also called a hash) can be created from your email address and sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy can be found here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is posted, your profile picture will be publicly visible in the context of your comment.

Analysis services
Services that we use are:
- Google analytics
- Yoast SEO
On the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC (“Google”). Google uses Cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the online offer by the user is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee of compliance with European data protection law (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active).
Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our website by users, to compile reports on the activities within this website and to provide us with further services associated with the use of this website and the Internet. Pseudonymous user profiles of the users can be created from the processed data.
We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymisation. This means that the IP address of users is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
The IP address transmitted by the user’s browser is not merged with other data from Google. Users can prevent the storage of cookies by making appropriate settings in their browser software; users can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to their use of the online offer to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de.
Further information on the use of data by Google, setting and objection options, you can find in the privacy policy of Google (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads) as well as in the settings for the display of advertising by Google (https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated).
The personal data of users will be deleted or made anonymous after 14 months.
You can prevent the collection by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. An opt-out cookie is set to prevent future collection of your information when you visit this site:
<a onclick=“alert(‚Google Analytics was deactivated‘);“ href=“javascript:gaOptout()“>Google Analytics deactivated</a>
Who we share your information with
If, in the course of our processing, we disclose data to other persons and companies (processors or third parties), transfer it to them or otherwise grant them access to the data, this will only take place on the basis of a legal authorisation (e.g. if a transfer of the data to third parties, such as payment service providers, is required in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 letter b DSGVO in order to fulfil the contract), if you have consented, if a legal obligation provides for this or on the basis of our legitimate interests (e.g. when using agents, web hosts, etc.).
If we commission third parties to process data on the basis of a so-called “contract processing agreement”, this is done on the basis of Art. 28 DSGVO.
How long we store your data
If you write a comment, it will be saved indefinitely, including metadata. This way we can automatically detect and release follow-up comments instead of keeping them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profiles. All users can view, change or delete their personal information at any time (the user name cannot be changed). Website administrators can also view and modify this information.
What rights you have to your data

Furthermore, you can request the deletion of all personal data that we have stored about you. This does not include the data that we have to store due to administrative, legal or security requirements.
